About Me
My name is Theodor Tabakov, and I became a Casino Product Manager the hard way.
In 2020, like many others, I lost my job due to COVID. I knew I wanted to transition into product management, but I had no idea where to begin.
I signed up for a broad PM course. It gave me theory - lots of it - but zero understanding of what the job actually involves. I sent out 80 tailored CVs and didn’t get a single interview. That’s when I knew something had to change.
I spent months reading, networking, shadowing teams, and doing everything I could to finally land my first role—in Malta.
Five years later, I’ve worked across 8 markets, led international teams, and built real-world product strategies. And now I want to help others break in—without wasting months figuring it all out alone.
